Chad FullertonDirector of Information Security, ECIWe're proud to partner with Keepnet and confident in the business value it continues to deliver for organisations across every sector.
Ian McGowanManaging Director, Barrier NetworksManaged security awareness training is a service in which a provider runs a client's awareness programme: it plans and sends phishing simulations, assigns training and reports the results.
On Keepnet you run it for your clients from one multi-tenant console, and each client can see its own results.
One console for your clients, a licence and seat count per client, monthly usage for billing, and simulations beyond email.
Also check white labeling, client logins with limited rights, client control over your access, and an API. Keepnet covers each of these.
Email, SMS, voice calls, QR codes and callback, so your service is not email-only.
Voice simulations use pre-recorded, text-to-speech or two-way AI agent calls.
Choose how you work with Keepnet: resell it, run it as a managed service, or put your own brand on it.
Keepnet provides the platform and partner support. You run the service and keep the client relationship.
Margins are tiered: they rise with your partner tier, and a registered deal adds margin on top.
Your channel manager shares the tier table and the partner price file when you join.
Register the opportunity in the Keepnet partner portal. Registration protects your pricing on that deal and gives it priority support.
Yes. Partners get not-for-resale licences for their own team, so they run Keepnet internally before they sell it.
Resellers usually buy annual terms. MSPs start with an annual commitment that is drawn down against licences, then pay monthly on the monthly count shown in the company list.
Any product can be bought on its own, and the company list can be exported for billing.
Yes. You set your brand name, domain, logos, email template logo, support address and policy links in the White Labeling settings.
Your clients see your brand in the console and in notification emails. Branding training content is quoted separately.
Yes. The company list shows each client with its reseller, products, seats, monthly counts, licence limit and status.
Campaigns and reported emails are handled inside each client: switch into its company from the same console.
Yes. Give a client a Company Admin login, or a custom role with narrower rights, and it runs its own programme.
Give a reseller a reseller account and it onboards its own customers. They sit under you, so you keep the full picture.
Yes. The client chooses the access period: deny, 2 hours, 8 hours, 1 day, 7 days or continuous.
Only its own admins can change it, and a tighter setting ends open access straight away.
Your data stays in the region you choose: the UK, EU, US, Canada, Türkiye or the UAE. New regions open on request.
You set the region per client at onboarding, and you can move it later with a data residency report.
