The Board of Directors of the Homeowners Association is committed to maintaining the high standard of living we have all come to appreciate and expect. Our goal is to ensure that our neighborhood continues to be a place we are all proud to call home.

After a thorough review and careful consideration, we are writing to inform you of an upcoming increase in the monthly homeowners association (HOA) dues. Effective January 1, the monthly dues will increase by $50. This increase is necessary to address the rising costs of community maintenance, amenities up-keep, and to ensure an adequate reserve fund for future repairs and improvements.

The decision to increase the HOA dues was not made lightly. The board conducted several meetings to discuss the financial health of the association, the needs of the community, and the long-term plans for our neighborhood. We have also taken into account the current rate of inflation and the increased costs of services and resources. We believe the increase is a reasonable adjustment to maintain our community's standards.

Please note that payment of dues is required by the 1st of each month. We understand that this notice might come as a surprise, and we are prepared to discuss any concerns you may have regarding this increase.

If you have set up automatic ACH withdrawal for your monthly fees, please call us at our automated system and provide your unique id to update your payment information. Failure to update your information by this {CURRENT_DATE_10_PLUS_DAYS}  may result in late penalties.
